Jean-Louis Fellous, Former COSPAR Executive Director (retired)

I just learned about the sad passing away of Dr Mikhail Panasyuk - Micha - whom I knew well from his several years role as COSPAR Bureau member and then Vice-President during my past term as COSPAR Executive Director.
Dr Panasyuk and I worked very friendly together while preparing the COSPAR Assembly in Moscow in 2014, and we benefitted from his deep experience in 2016 and 2018 when we came to select COSPAR Assembly sites for 2020 and 2022.
Please convey my heartfelt condolences to his family, colleagues and friends at the
Moscow State University Lomonosov and the Russian Academy of Sciences.
